Joseph began his career in Los Angeles, where he worked in the consumer products industry for nearly a decade launching multiple well-known product brands. During this time his interest in the financial space was growing so he decided to make the jump.

In 2010, he joined Capital Management Services, Inc. as a trader. By 2014, he expanded his role as a financial advisor for high net worth individuals and became the Chief Operating Officer for the company.

Joseph also took on the role of co-founder and partner of Lancia Innovations and Lancia Security Aggregators from 2017-2019, which focused on raising capital for the Physical Security Market. This experience helped Gissy advance his knowledge of fundraising capital for companies, aggregating specific business niches to advance capital gains and a way to structure business entities to achieve cross-pollination and success across multiple platforms.

Today Joseph’s focus is helping businesses learn the sales and marketing techniques to help gain massive exposure through digital marketing and automated systems. Financial advisors and small business owners work with Joseph to help build their prospecting pipelines and structure their marketing for them. He also is helping individual investors through his content to better understand the financial industry without all the jargon they get bombarded with.
